Hi, I’m Elle Grant.
Real estate isn't a transaction for me — it's personal. After 15 years in LA and a previous life in wholesale fashion, I help buyers and sellers find homes with character, history, and a story worth telling.
A first-time home buyer myself, I'll never forget the immense pride and sense of accomplishment of finally — after years of grinding — purchasing a home in the city I love. A lifelong Angeleno by choice, I strive to help my clients feel that same feeling: build wealth, build equity, and earn the right to say it out loud — you did it.
Because of where I started, I take every price point seriously. A first home someone is stretching to afford matters every bit as much as a multimillion-dollar listing — often more, because the stakes are personal in a different way. I bring the same energy to every transaction, whether the number is six figures or eight.
Since landing in LA , I've exclusively lived on the Eastside — from Echo Park to Silver Lake, and now graduated to Mt. Washington, where I'm raising my toddler with my husband and our two dogs.
In 2025, I closed 18 homes — a year that brought new clients, repeat clients, and the kind of outcomes that make the long days worth it. Multiple closings was a milestone, but the part I'm proudest of is what comes next: the keys handed over, the texts months later about the new kitchen, the friends my clients send my way, and more than anything the lifelong friendships I’ve built along the way.
Most of my clients find me through someone they trust — a past client who closed last year, a family member who finally bought their first place, a DM from a friend, an out-of-state agent who needed a local on the Eastside. And some find me via the algorithm gods. However you got here: thank you.

Spotting It
For buyers: I help you see what a house actually is — and what it could become. Off-market access, sharp tours, honest takes, and the willingness to tell you when to walk.
For sellers: I price strategically, position thoughtfully, and bring buyers who can actually close."
Closing It
When it's go time, I move. Strong offers, harder negotiations, top of the line specialists/inspectors and a tight grip on every deadline — inspection, appraisal, contingencies, escrow. I chase down the loose ends so my clients can stay focused on what's next: the move, the keys, the new chapter.
